A Florentine Baroque style faux-marble yellow painted desk. This Italian marbleized desk was born in Florence. The desk is painted in two exquisite shades of soft yellow. The writing section is flanked with Baroque style volutes terminating with canted corners in the front. A narrow shelf surmounting the desk offers three dovetailed drawers, perfect for placing papers and pens and echoed by two drawers on the apron. The desk is raised on four nicely tapered legs following the shape of the façade and sides and connected to one another with a curvy X-form stretcher.
